Join the Fairfax Choral Society Adult Chorus and the critically acclaimed Washington Symphonic Brass in their exciting multimedia concert, Portrait of the American Civil War. The music of Stephen Foster, Robert Evett, and Aaron Copland is featured along with authentic songs of the Civil War era. Douglas Mears conducts this spectacular concert with new arrangements for brass and choir that will bring this part of American history alive for all ages.
