Patrick Vaughn received his Bachelor of Music Education from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. From 1991-1996 he served as Director of Choirs at Midway Middle School in Waco; from 1992-2000 he was Associate Director and then Director of Choral Activities at Midway High School in Waco. He directed the Waco Boy's Choir, a 40-voice community group, from 1998 - 2000. He moved to Dothan, Alabama, to be Director of Music Ministries of the First United Methodist Church there June 2000 through August 2004. Since September 2004, Mr. Vaughn has been Director of Music Ministries at Annandale United Methodist Church in Annandale, Virginia. He is also a professional singer and private vocal instructor, as well as Founder and Artistic Director of Prima Voce, a 20-voice auditioned chamber ensemble. He has worked as Conductor and Artistic Director of the Music South Symphony Orchestra and Music South Chamber Orchestra. Mr. Vaughn is married to Margaret, also a professional musician; and they have three young children.
